> LSH-D12-T7.13 (Hyperhemispheric Silicon Lens)
The hyperhemispherical silicon lens (LSH-D12-T7.13) with a diameter of 12 mm has been developed for the control of THz radiation from a GaAs PCA chip and generates a divergent THz beam.
The transmitted THz beam has to be collimated with an additional lens. Therefore we recommend our TPX lens LTA-D25.4-F32.5.
> LSA-D20-T13.77 (Collimating Silicon Lens)
The aspheric collimating silicon lens (LSA-D20-T13.77) with a diameter of 20 mm has been developed for the control of THz radiation from a GaAs PCA chip and generates a collimated THz beam.
> LSA-D20-T14-F50 (Focusing Silicon Lens)
The aspheric focusing silicon lens with 20 mm of diameter has been developed for the control of THz radiation from a GaAs PCA chip and generates a focused THz beam.
